In a previous post we examined the link between the Zombie attack and the use of a weaponised mutated rabies virus, and the delivery of such.
We have discounted the used of synthetic drugs as cause of "zombie" like behaviour, especially from the toxicology results back from the lab, of Rudy Eugene.
On the Subject of Rudy Eugene, I feel he was a TI (targeted individual) because of his past, he was known to the authorities, he was the first person to be "tazered" in his area, and other strange altercations that he was involved in...also..is the fact that his "new" girlfriend appeared with a "celebrity" lawer, and that makes me suss that she , the newish girlfriend was kind of like a "handler" of him..maybe she had something to do with what happened to him??? Just a side tracked thought.....
The one thing in common that most, if not all of these Zombie perpetrators is , is that they are all previously known to "authority".They have either been previously arrested, know to police as drug users, have had a history that has "form" as they say. in that they are all connected though this common bond.
What we would like to discuss here in this post is that this zombie meme goes much much deeper than these seemingly random events, that all seem to exhibit the same kind of behaviours.
What i suggest, is that these so called zombie perpetrators have been tracked and surveilled for years..maybe many years, and covert surveillance, tracking and human experimentation has been going on for many many decades..AS part of a huge Mind Control experiment, to change and influence behaviours, to perpetrate a silent deadly war onto innocent human beings without their awareness of it or knowledge about it...it seems to most people unaware of just how huge and diabolical this is, to be unimaginable and improbable.
BUT we don't think so.

So, what is the point in all of this??
The point is, that if there is a Zombie infestation, virus, meme, then something is setting it up, manufacturing the condition, and manipulating unsuspecting, unaware, civilian, innocent people, synthetically creating a zombie like condition and behaviours (more like a rabid animal, not a zombie)
We have been conditioned to think of Zombies..all part of the brainwashing and mind control techniques that we see today via media, popular culture and opinion.
But it is not a Zombie.
This is a person under the attack of advanced, almost sci fi weapons systems.
We come to the conclusion that yes, there are illegal, invasive surveillance and human experimentation programs occuring NOW.

Brain mapping and EEG cloning have been also widely studied and used in research on primates and humans.
so with all of this technology, plus the continuous study of the human brain and emotions, we hypothesise that there is indeed the means to create an "electronic" zombie that mimics the EEG brainwave patterns and central nervous system reaction of a primate (monkey) with full blown RABIES.

Interestingly, and coincidentally, the body temperature went up..that is the same as the Rudy eugene case and other similar cases when the "zombies" have stripped naked...as if they were very hot, and it is one of the myriad of biological effects that these weapons have.
But really, it's not just the weapons, it the fact that these people, who are to become the zombies are known to the authorities and tracked remotely, for years before anything like this happens..they are deliberately prepared Human experiments..how many are there ready to go?

In conclusion, we maybe witnessing the deliberate release, testing and usage of these silent secret weapons on selected targeted individuals, which is part of a broader world wide phenomena which will expand.
It will be a means to an end, to usher in the move for vaccinations, martial law and Fema camps or their equivalents in numerous other countries..

I'm not sure what is going on with this Zombie meme..these are only suppositions and explorations into this phenomena. The weirdness of it all and the explanations and other examples of people acting in "zombie like" behavior can be challenging to even believe at all.. maybe the whole phenomena could well be faked..just on the TV and media..all over the world, to create a meme?? a staged set up..think of that..but then again, what of those people that can prove or say that they had been manipulated by something?? If they are not already corpses.
DO we ever hear personally of anyone affected or a witness..interestingly we have to take our scope of reality of these events from the media..and so called "social media"..interesting thought.
