Europe VS Asia for Top IMF Post

The speculation abounds with whom the Top IMF post will be given to.
But firstly last week the IMF issued this statement to the US, Which we must keep in mind due to current events.
From HERE

"Last week, the International Monetary Fund urged the United States to "urgently" address its problems, saying the country stands out as the only large advanced economy with a fiscal deficit that will increase in 2011 from 2010, despite the ongoing economic recovery."(end snip)

So, There was a "warning" of sorts..and look what has now happened to the Head of the IMF?

Coincidence?

Traditionally, the IMF head is a European, but now pressure is comming from China."Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu told a regular news briefing on Tuesday said that the selection for leadership of the IMF should be based on "fairness, transparency and merit."

Wow, that's the pot calling kettle black.

Lipsky, the replacement of DSK is stepping down in August and with so much power via China, the US debt comes to mind here, China or one of their representatives could be a contender for the head  position.

This has the Europeans nervous..

And the USA even more nervous with mounting debt issues with China
see
HERE

"Holding $US1.2 trillion of US debt is a fast-growing risk to China. Traders have a theory about why the euro is reasonably stable amid a broadening debt crisis: Asian central banks are converting proceeds from recent intervention moves into other currencies. ''Asian central banks'' has become a euphemism for China, whose reserves now exceed $US3 trillion."

"Zheng, an executive vice-president of the China Centre for International Economic Exchanges, wrote in the China Daily that the ''root cause'' of the financial crisis was US ''long-term abuse'' of sovereign credit. He called for the Group of 20 nations to devise a multicurrency system."

AND this from HERE:

"This enough-is-enough dynamic was on display last week as the leaders of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, the BRICS economies, met in the Chinese resort city of Sanya. Chinese President Hu Jintao called for reform of international monetary and financial systems." (end snip)

So Who will be calling the shots? and to whose favour? Who is to benefit?
Looks like the BIG MONEY POWER cartels are having a factional spat.
There will be more scapegoats.
Maybe even whole countries.

Europe and Asia Set for Battle over Top IMF Post

The post is traditionally occupied by a European; a French national has run the IMF for 26 out of the past 33 years. But a power shift at the fund towards emerging nations could lead to a bitter dispute over the succession this time round, with analysts saying China may decide to flex its muscles to try to get an emerging market candidate into the job.

The distribution of power at the IMF still mirrors the old economic order. Among the 24 directors are nine Europeans and the vote of the US member counts four-fold. The Brazilian director represents nine countries and his vote has a weighting of just 2.4 percent.

For decades, the deal has been that a European runs the IMF and an American deputizes to him and gets the top job at the World Bank, which provides credit to developing countries. (end snip)

But who "owns" America's debts? who are the DEBT holders?...the Chinese.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Jiang Yu told a regular news briefing on Tuesday said that the selection for leadership of the IMF should be based on "fairness, transparency and merit."

Formally, the decision on the IMF chief is taken by the 24 executive directors, but they act on the instructions of their respective governments. It will be up to the leaders of the most powerful nations to hammer out a deal.

Other names being put forward include Turk Kemal Dervis, a promising candidate if the post is not to go to a European, while men from India, Mexico and South Africa are also in the running.

Their prospects will hinge on whether the governments of emerging nations can agree on a compromise candidate this time." (end snips)

Looks like China's "representatives" are in for a chance?

We see HERE that China is making deals with nations such as Brazil to conduct trade in yuan. And this is not an isolated incident.

THEN, There is this From HERE:

Emerging economies flex muscle in IMF battle:

The battle to succeed Mr Strauss-Kahn, who is alone in a cell at the city's notorious Rikers Island jail, heated up when China, Brazil and South Africa challenged Europe's long-standing grip on a job that is pivotal to the world economy.

This marks the first time that China, the Fund's third largest member, has weighed in early and so publicly on an IMF selection debate.

South Africa's Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan and a senior Brazilian government official, who asked not to be named, both said the next IMF chief should be from a developing country, pressing forward a case to give emerging economies a greater say in world affairs.(end snips)

It's obvious that there is a battle going on of Monetary ideologies and alliances and the money powers are not happy how the progress is continuing...
Is this a turning point in world financial Powers?
The birth of a Monetary New WORLD Order?
Who is pulling the strings here?
Who will be the next scapegoat?
And Who will benefit.

See Penny for your thoughts

I think it is part of an ongoing soft coup, which would have been played by Sarko and some US allies, obviously Republican. I find it intriguing that it seems to go along other changes of rythm in the "imperial song", so to say: the fake execution of Bin Laden and the related expansion of totalitarian powers to the office of the US President (in a form that has been described as a declaration of war agaisnt the whole World, including the USA itself). And also other maneuvers by that creepy Sarko: the attack on Libya, the staging of a border crisis with Italy to reform the Schengen treaty (in a way that reduce the rights of European citizens and increase police ones).

All this may respond to a plan and I'd say it's a plan in which Sarko is deeply involved, together with the worst "canaille" of the US and European right.

Hence I'd expect their candidate: a right winger. The BBC offers a panel of 10 candidates. It may be none of them but I'm discarding the following: Fischer (a Jew and Zionist would be unacceptable today, bad image for the IMF and reinforcing the bad image of Jews as bloodsucking speculators), Brown (totally discredited), Lagarde (you say why not), Carstens (too fat, bad image).

I do not know for sure but I'd say that Kemal Dervis looks a good candidate because he is at the same time European (Turk, half Dutch/German) and non-European (Turk, Muslim). He is moderate left like DSK also, so if there is weight for continuity he'd be a good option.

However I'm sure that's not what Sarko has in mind (he hates Turkey and everything Islamic, even if secular, to begin with - and he would not remove a "progressive" just to put another. But Sarko may be only interested in domestic issues (elections) with DSK and he may be less interested in the IMF as such, letting others play that game instead.

We'll know soon.

Just a thought:
What if the "maid" was threatened with death or worse, her daughter's life, if she didn't play along with this set up. didn't comply...maybe this woman is a victim in a different sence, Maybe she fears for her life because "they" want DSK to be totally shafted and are using her as well....maybe she has no chioce.
Apparently she is a muslim from West Africa.

"A man who said he was the her brother told Agence France-Presse his sister was a "good Muslim" who did not stop crying after the alleged incident."
Mr Shapiro said the maid was born in Guinea, west Africa, and had been granted asylum in the US.

Yeah, Elliot Spitzer 'honey-trap' like isn't it?

Something smells fishy - and I don't mean bodily fluids. The arrest off the plane just 1 hour and forty minutes after the 'chamber maid' reported it. The chief administrator of the hotel's only comment was "we are cooperating with authorities".

Hmmm. DSK supposedly forgot his cell phone and according to police "looked like he left in a hurry". Would a real police spokesman say that to a reporter even before such a high ranking zionist was found guilty? How did they get the arrest warrant so fast - it would be needed to get onto the plane to remove DSK?

This smacks of an E.Spitzer take down. Who and why? Someone wrote today that we should always remember those in power are always 10 steps ahead.

And the story is changing continuously in the MSM. Was it fellacio or sodomy? Was it attempted or carried through?

Something is amiss here. Today one pundit stated that DSK was about to put the USA into receivership for bankruptcy.

Another pundit noted DSK was to speak at the Brettonwoods conference later in May 2011. The key-note speaker was to be China but it just cancelled, also H.Clinton had just bowed out, and now DSK will also be prevented from speaking.

Further, a statement that the new head of the IMF is to be a JPMorgan man - announced in less than 24 hours after DSK's arrest off the plane.

Chambermaids don't usually have the clout or power to have zionist oligarch IMF lackies like DSK detained or charged without months or years of lawyer litigations where the accusee is usually bought-off or suicided.

Nope, someone who right now stands closer to Rothschild and his oligarch buddies than DSK himself, very probably 'honey-trapped' him. Dusting the dresser in his room with more than a little bit of cleavage showing and then res ponding positive to his flirting...bim-badda-bing...semen in the right place (for example on the maid's uniform). Then the preplanned step two: 'cry wolf' to the hotel administrator who plays his pre-ordained part and calls the vice-squad who is already ready with the warrant (written and noterized even before the fellacio occured), who drives to the airport to arrest DSK directly off his plane before it leaves for Europe. Too much like a movie plot.

The 'honey-trap' may have been totally consensual - especially if the girl with the golden mouth was secret service just 'doing her job' to catch this zionist puke.

Once she cries 'wolf', has the semen stain on her work clothes - DSK is done like dinner. How will he ever prove it was consensual and he was set up? He can't. He is defacto removed for whatever reasons he was in the way.

Who and why was the 'honey-trap' set up? Someone closer to Rothschild and company than DSK at the present. Was it Rockefeller? Clearly someone was treading on someone else's (economic) feet, about to cost them alot of money. What is the JPMorgan replacement going to do differently than DSK was planning to do?

Geithner recently was labelled as alienating the Chinese. Timmy also recently kiboshed an IMF bailout plan to the Irish banks through the European Central Bank. Through that IMF plan the private billionaire shareholders (mostly US?) were about to get a 30 billion dollar haircut.

Geithner axed this plan in the 11th hour, putting the people of Irland back on the hook for the private shareholders' loses. The billionaire shareholders refused to get a haircut by DSK.

Was it Geithner who set up Khan in the 'honey-trap'?. As Visible has already said, they are now eating each other as the apocalypse shifts into second gear (both Geithner and Khan (Cohen) are tribe).

It could be Khan thought private (mostly US?) shareholders should lose the value of the Irish default, while Geithner thought differently.

The placement of a JPMorgan man to head the IMF signals greater attendance to the US shareholder concerns. JPMorgan is said to be the largest private shareholder in the Federal Reserve.

Might indeed be a case of which billionaires shall lose money over Irland's debt default. Maybe DSK decided a solution where it would be American billionaire shareholders - while Geithner, under pressure from these same (US?) billionaire shareholders said "no way".

That Khan was ousted indicates it was sanctioned at the highest level by godfather Rothschild himself - because DSK was his lacky as the head of his IMF. Otherwise Timmy Geithner would be the one 'sleeping with the fishes' since Dominique Strauss-Khan is already a known maid man (grin).

Stay tuned sports fans, the wide, wide world of zionism is getting more and more whacky as the ponzi scheme of fractional-reserve-usury banking implodes due to the current lack of economic expansion which is crucial to sustain a system where more money is always owed than exists.

Yes, Rothschild has set up a criminal ponzi scheme of debt slavery for us all - DSK's arrest will unfortunately not bring the system down.

P.S. Wonder if golden-mouth will keep her dress as a souvenir for years to come the way Monica did?

A13: notice that my first post did not make it through. It may be in the spam box (as you obviously read it in your email).

...

Anyhow, it may be a case of genuine sexual assault: DSK had some previous history of alleged sexual assault and we may well be deceived by his perceived political attitudes and that charming face of Gregory Peck (he's almost identical to the actor). DSK is a silverspoon and a Don Juan, that's clear but from that to think he went mad and assaulted a random woman... there's something really strange.

I suspect that what happened is the following: he was said that a "maid" prostitute would attend him that morning, and he mistook the hotel worker for the sex worker, raping her in what he believed it was consensual (otherwise getting your penis in a mouth is asking for a serious injury).

Was an accident? It could well be. It could be a setup as well - but it'd be a most elaborate setup if the woman was not bought first.

IDK. Anyhow this or that IMF leader won't make a difference while the leaders of all other institutions, beginning with the states, are all faithful lackeys of the corporations.

Thank You so much Maju and ANaughtymouser for your comments, they need a bit of digestion and i'm doing that now..so i will reply with a more thought out answer a bit later, but i've just seen your comments and wanted to post them up..Maju, yes, your first one went into spam, appologies friend, and no, i didn't see them in my email, as i haven't looked at that..but there is so much to discern here isn't there, and what you have both said in your comments are viable and probable scenarios...i look forward to the supposed "DNA" evidence..but, that can be manipulated and so called "American Justice" is whatever they want it to be, right out of the movies..Fantasy island stuff..it doesn't need to be true..just popular.
of course there are factions within the banking and monetary powers that are in dissagreeance but this is just that little bit more "obvious" and OVERT..who's playing who?
is it a game of chess?..notice too how this has surfaced after Israel clashes with "Palestinians" on nabka aniversary?..distraction? or more power pushing from the hidden hand?
The demonic rothchild brain in formalidhide in a glass jar is dictating the orders like something out of an old DR Who series?...
more in a while..
Thanks again for your imput Guys :)

A13, great new look to teh blog!! as for these clowns, it's always fun to try to cipher who killed the butler with what weapon, but i think mouser nails it pretty well when he says:

"Stay tuned sports fans, the wide, wide world of zionism is getting more and more whacky as the ponzi scheme of fractional-reserve-usury banking implodes due to the current lack of economic expansion which is crucial to sustain a system where more money is always owed than exists."

in the end, we knew this night of the long knives, the day of consolidation, would come to the elites. and it will continue in this vein (blood metaphor intentional), until we are down to the core blood-sucking vampires of them all. if i may be so bold as to recommend that we don't spend too much time debriefing who fucked who over and how, and just focus on who remains standing. that is the key information imho. this is a game of attrition.
